The Fund aims to outperform the market across different economic cycles and macro environments. It follows a long-term strategy with a bottom-up approach, no sector restrictions, and integrates ESG criteria as a source of value. The strategy is supported by Patria’s ecosystem, which includes company management and investments across multiple asset classes, and targets companies that are sector leaders, have competitive advantages, consolidation potential, and aligned management and controlling shareholders.

The fund follows a long-only Brazil approach, with a portfolio of 15 to 25 positions, each representing 3% to 12% of the fund. Net long exposure ranges from 80% to 100% (fully invested). Risk management tools are used to control beta, monitor exposure to different risk factors, and ensure continuous monitoring of all investments and new opportunities.
